System Engineering and Technical Assistance

  •  Support system concepts and or hardware components/system platforms through the acquisition process.
  •   Program/project analysis, evaluation, experimentation and support.

Program Management

Program management supports management of cost, schedule and performance. This function of service provides the overall acquisition of system from cradle to grave development.

Program Management functions:

  • Provide budget estimating, tracking, and monitoring and execution.
  • Maintain operating plans that reflects the activities for the year of execution.
  • Maintain operating plans that reflects the activities for the year of execution.
  • Provide programmatic analytical support of Integrated Master Schedule, Earned Value Management, and Program Office performance.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation:  Program Acquisition Baseline, Acquisition Strategy input, acquisition plan, and Monitor and analyze program funding obligations and expenditures.
  • Provide acquisition expertise to various IPT’s such as schedule data, action item tracking, and functional expertise.
  • Analyze, develop input and coordinate program funding documents including: POM, R-forms, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare executive level briefings that reflect programmatic issues in support of acquisition decision reviews
  • Manage Daily operations, PO weekly staff meetings, maintaining master shared calendar
  • Implement centralized management practices and files control procedures
  • Develop and prepare periodic acquisition management report
  • Assist in development and executions of tasks supporting program major Milestones achievement

Administration Support

Administration Support:  (planning and scheduling meetings, tracking salary, etc.)

  • Develop and perform program analysis functions for Space technology tasks
  • Support task planning, schedule development, cost and budget analysis, and review task execution documentation
  • Participate in design and development of financial execution support systems
  • Develop and maintain briefings and other administrative documents


  • Utilize logistic tracking system to status the health and welfare of the system
  • Track the maintainability, sustainability, and accountability of property
  • Advise and instruct on the proper equipment operating procedures, use technical and supply publications and the preventative and corrective maintenance of systems
  • Perform administrative duties such as reviews, coordinate and maintain records, prepares and submits reports, and develops information papers and briefings

Information Technology

Install video conferencing equipment (conference rooms, meeting halls, auditorium, band rooms, etc.) and provide a technical trouble shooting team to correct deficiencies.  Install Public Address Announcement System (parade field, ball field, indoor areas) and other low voltage system in support of organizations.
